About me


I spent plenty of time on the field as a kid. Organized baseball was not the thing it is today. As soon as it started, it was over. It wasn't until I had kids that I was able to shift my lens and see my son enjoy something to a degree that I once did. The fact that I can capture little moments in a photo and see him grow......that's a gift. Since he started travel ball, I've been toting along my camera and it went from pictures of just my son, to a roster of 12. 5 years later, these boys have become high school aged and I would do anything to capture a moment for them. I've seen the "Highs" and the "Lows" with state tournament wins and losses. The fact that we can look through the thousands of images and remember the little moments makes sports photography a little more than a scripted photo that you get in a gym somewhere. There's emotion. There's a feeling.

If there was anything that became clear as a dad, and a baseball parent.......it's that these years go by incredibly fast. They grow, like weeds and as soon as the camera touched my hand, I captured those moments in time that a cell phone camera cannot.
